What is the minimum number of guests? +
We host celebrations for 30 to 120 guests. For smaller groups, we can host you in our restaurant dining instead.
What is included in the hall booking fee? +
The hall fee covers decoration, the sound system, a projector, professional staff and cleaning, included for every guest.
Do you provide the food? +
Yes. Our in-house Maiya Nepali Kitchen cooks everything fresh on the day. You can choose a set menu from Silver to Diamond, or ask us to build a custom menu.
Can the menu be made vegetarian? +
Yes, any menu can be made fully vegetarian. Just let us know when you enquire.
What are the drinks options? +
Choose no drinks package, a soft drinks package, or bring your own with a small corkage per guest. Soft drinks are already included with the Diamond menu.
How does pricing for children work? +
Children aged 5–12 pay half the menu price. The hall fee and any drinks still apply per child.
Can you handle allergies and dietary needs? +
Yes. Tell us about any allergies or dietary needs and we will adjust the menu for your guests.
Is there parking at the venue? +
Yes, there is parking on site for your guests.
How far in advance should we book? +
Popular dates, especially weekends, fill up quickly. Enquire as early as you can. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Sunday.
